At Decofurn Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and securely repacked in its original protective boxing to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for the collection of your return items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
